The Curve Story

After many years of C-Suite corporate roles, Oliver and Huw had become frustrated by how difficult it was for managers to transform into effective leaders.

Their chance meeting on an executive coaching course led to a conversation that quickly became a commitment to share their insights as leaders themselves. 

So together, with a passion to optimise leadership performance and deliver results, they took the plunge and launched Curve Leadership Development.

As certified coaches and active members of the Association for Coaching, we bring specialist mentoring expertise alongside a vast range of experience from different industries and organisations. In previous roles, we have built successful teams, gained invaluable knowledge and delivered impressive results, which we consistently apply to our mentoring approach. 

Huw Williams

I have been a director for 18 years, with expertise within retailing (John Lewis, Kingfisher), FMCG (Bass Brewers & Independent Distillers) and internationally as a Senior Vice President (STG Plc).

When leading, I simplify things, seeking clarity and cooperation around shared objectives to encourage the growth of a coaching culture that unlocks everyone's potential to deliver better performance.

As a Coach and Mentor, I support you in liberating your ideas and crafting them into actionable solutions and plans. Working collaboratively, we develop positive behavioural changes that support your goals.

Oliver Wright

I have 16 years experience as a board level director for companies such as Kimberly-Clark, HarperCollins and IPC media.

As a leader I was passionate about getting the best out of people through coaching and a focus on creating a positive, supportive team culture to drive performance . 

As a Coach I work with an empathetic and challenging approach to create a safe space for you to think, reflect, find clarity, and make better decisions.

My aim is to help develop a coaching culture in your business that promotes psychological safety, creativity and high performance.
